Notice to a Buyer shall be deemed to be received by such Buyer if and when: (a) Altamirltd is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to such Buyer, or (b) immediately upon Altamirltd posting such notice on an area of the Site “altamirltd.com” that is publicly accessible without charge.
